Forensic Statement Analysis Training
FSA is the least intrusive form of investigation in any setting -- including the workplace
Uncover the Truth with Forensic Statement Analysis (FSA)
Forensic Statement Analysis (FSA) is a scientific way to analyze a person’s own written or spoken words to determine truth vs and deception. No matter how well trained or prepared, their own words will betray them if they are guilty.
Forensic statement analysis training FSA is unlike handwriting analysis, but rather, it involves is the systematic analysis of each use/omission of words, phrases, content, and grammar, to uncover those details that are sensitive to the writer. FSA is so powerful, in certain cases, a person’s own words can be transposed into numbers to identify a truthful, balanced statement. Law enforcement, insurance/fraud investigators, businesses, security officials, administrators, and more have all found success in the power provided by FSA.
FSA is being taught and practiced all over the country – from military personnel to private companies and human resources. Everyone needs to know if someone in their life is deceiving them – Law-Tech Consultants is here to help you determine the truth.
About
Why Forensic Statement Analysis Training is Sought-After
The benefits of forensic statement analysis have grown as its application and usage have widened across the country. Personnel everywhere have found you don’t need expensive equipment like Polygraphs or other lie detectors – a person’s own words, when examined correctly, can reveal all the information you need. This is critical from high-end operations to safely providing for your school, clients, or patients.
We teach forensic statement analysis so you experience the benefits of an additional technique in your investigative toolkit, along with Behavioral Analysis. The investigator can determine what is being said, or not said, based purely on the analyzed statements.
Afterwards, leverage the insights gained from FSA to transition into the interview with a strategic advantage, where the investigator then applies Law-Tech’s Behavioral Analysis techniques to ultimately elicit the necessary truthful information.

How Does Forensic Statement Analysis Work?
Want to see how FSA works? Hand someone an ordinary object, like a pen, and ask them to tell you one thing about it. Tell them they must use the word “this” or “that” when describing the object. They will likely say “this pen is blue.” Now perform a second test by asking someone to describe an object with “this” or “that” – except now the object is across the room. You will likely hear them say “that pen is black.”
So what does this mean? The words people use show relevance to them and close proximity – physical or otherwise. For a crime scene, “I walked in and saw this little gun” can indicate a weapon that is more relative to them than previously described and their use of “little” could mean the gun was small in their hand.
Forensic statement analysis is an additional tool to identify even the most minute clues of truth and deception in an oral or written statement. By simply looking at the words “this” or “that” in “This is my mother” and “that is my wife” might suggest closeness or distance in a relationship, which might just be the missing piece you need to solve a case.

You were right, I find myself picking apart quotes and people’s statements at work and during everyday life. I will be trying to send the other detectives to your next school at NESPIN. Thanks again and Merry Christmas.
