INVESTIGATIVE INTERVIEWING USING BEHAVIORAL AND STATEMENT ANALYSIS
It is the 11th hour of that investigative interview, and you are struggling to obtain truthful information or that confession. Exhausted, angry, hungry, and feeling you have tried everything, the chances of this child predator or rapist going free are increasing and they will surely hurt another innocent victim. You panic.
To best navigate even the most complex investigative interview, you need Behavioral Analysis and Forensic Statement Analysis (FSA)! Used simultaneously, new and seasoned officers/investigators will enhance their ability to elicit truthful information, decrease investigative time, and obtain voluntary, court accepted confessions. FSA is an inexpensive, yet state-of-the-art tool, to analyze the oral or written words from a person of interest by systematically considering each word, phrase, content, grammar, and other identifiers to identify truth and deception. Armed with the findings of FSA, when conducting that subsequent interview and simultaneously employing Behavioral Analysis, you will be more confident and strategically positioned for a successful outcome. Since 1998, Law-Tech has been the first, and still the only firm, teaching Behavioral Analysis and FSA in one class so students learn twice as many tools in less classroom time. Register now and start interviewing the new way!
